Magic atmosphere - Fantastic cruise, wonderful dinner, magical atmosphere. What about everything perfect. A praise also to our waiter Samier who took care of everything. I recommend everyone to try this fantastic experience.

Not worth the money - Sadly, this was not worth the money we spent. The communication from them was vague and we did not understand that a new route was going to be taken and we would not see any of the sights advertised until it was already too late to cancel. We saw virtually nothing, other than the Eiffel Tower incredibly far away. In addition to this, it was so hot and stuffy inside it was uncomfortable, the food was mediocre at best, and there was a baby screaming at the table next to us. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Pitying. - We paid for a service that did not live up to what was offered. We had to take a 2h tour on the sea visiting French monuments, we did not do any. The food sought to give itself an air of "homemade", but these were clearly industrial dishes bought and reheated. And the highlight of the show, the waiters who get yelled at by the rank chiefs in front of the customers...

Extremely dissapointed - I booked this dinner cruise with the option to pay later. At some point I believed my reservation had been cancelled because I thought I had missed the payment deadline. To make sure we wouldn’t miss this special evening, I booked it again and paid for it immediately. We arrived at the harbor at the scheduled departure time… and the boat simply never came. My entire day was built around this dinner cruise. I didn’t book another restaurant. We didn’t explore the city in other ways because this was supposed to be the highlight of our evening. I had been preparing for this all day. After waiting, another boat captain informed us that this cruise would not operate that day due to high water levels. That is completely understandable — safety comes first, and I have absolutely no issue with that. The real problem is that I never received an email, a phone call, or any notification informing me that the cruise had been cancelled or postponed. Nothing. I was left standing at the harbor, completely unaware, waiting for something that was never going to arrive. What makes this even worse is that two days before the cruise departure, they attempted to charge me for my first reservation — the one I thought had already been cancelled due to non-payment. I am also a boat operator myself, and the water level had already been high for days. They definitely knew two days in advance that the cruise would not operate, yet they still tried to charge my account for a program they were aware would not take place. I saved for 6–12 months for this trip. I was planning to propose during this dinner cruise. And no one had the courtesy to inform me that it would be cancelled. I contacted TripAdvisor customer service, and the representative was very kind and helpful. They confirmed that the email address on file was correct, which means I most likely never received a cancellation notice because none was sent. I do not recommend this company. This was not handled professionally or fairly. I truly hope no one else has to experience something like this.

Activity cancelled without notice. Customers left at the port in the cold and without information - The cruise was cancelled without any notice from the company. Many people were left waiting at the port without any guidance or even an employee who could inform them of what had happened. The booking was made by my company for a couple of clients, whose wife is pregnant, and they stood for an hour in the cold waiting for the activity. The couple called me for information, and I managed to contact the activity provider by telephone. It was then that I became aware that the event had been cancelled. Although the cause was due to the rains that led to the river rising, there could have been someone there to guide the people who were waiting for the activity to start. We received an email from Viator on the day of the attraction confirming the activity. On the company's website www.eiffelcroisières.com there is no information about the suspension of activities due to the weather. A TOTAL DISRESPECT. I hope we will be reimbursed. We received a message saying that we should wait another 7 days for a response from the provider.

The location for the... - The location for the departure was changed the day of the event. The instructions weren't clear and we had difficulty locating the boat. We boarded late. Upon boarding, we were notified that our course was changed due to high water levels. We didn't see any of the historical architecture that was promised. When the departure location was changed, we should have been notified that the water level would affect the event. I would have cancelled and requested reimbursement. The view during the cruise was terrible. Food was good, service was poor. A show of hands for the ordering process instead of asking each participant one by one? Who does that???

We didn't, vcs canceled - I came with expectation of the tour, we did not, was cancelled for greater reasons, but we hope to have a new opportunity.
