What if my flight is delayed?

The carrier will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time you provided during booking. After this period, the carrier will try to accommodate late arrivals but does not guarantee this will be possible. The carrier is not responsible for any extra costs incurred due to late arrivals.

Where can I find the phones?

Public telephones are conveniently located in the Baggage Claim area of the airport.

Is there a charge for the phone call?

No, the call is complimentary. Simply dial the number listed on your confirmation voucher.

How long is the wait before the shuttle departs the airport?

Since other clients may join your shuttle transfer, there might be a slight delay in leaving the airport. Delays typically range from 5 to 15 minutes.

How far is the walk to the shuttle?

The distance varies, but you will not need to walk more than 100 meters.

When booking, please provide your flight departure details, airport, and the name of your Disneyland hotel. Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you will receive a travel voucher to present to the driver.

• Infants can be booked on this transfer if customers bring their own baby seat. Please note that the supplier doesn’t provide them and won’t accept infants without any seats.

• Each traveler is allowed one piece of luggage and one piece of hand luggage free of charge. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted
• Strikes and demonstrations The carrier is not responsible for any delays, missed flights, connections or additional costs incurred by strikes, industrial action or demonstrations which may take place both in France or throughout the world. During these times, the carrier reserves the right to alter reservation confirmation pickup times as they may deem appropriate.
