The customer schedules their service. On the day of arrival, the driver awaits at the customs exit with a welcome sign displaying the customer’s name. Prior to this, the driver sends a message to introduce themselves and provide a point of reference to ensure the customer doesn’t get lost at the airport. After retrieving their luggage, the customer proceeds to the customs exit, where they meet the driver holding the sign. Together, they head to the professional parking area, completing the pickup, and continue to the destination specified in the customer’s reservation.
