A Great Experience provided by an Expert Driver - Sam was a great driver to tour our group around Paris. We saw all the sights in the allotted time we had. Sam was polite, courteous and very prompt regarding meeting locations. Thank you Sam! You were great!!

A great way to see Paris! - This was the best way to see all of the sights on my list and I was able to get some great pictures of the Christmas lights around Paris! We have been to Paris several times, but being here at Christmas time was a special treat! Our driver was very experienced, knew the best routes to take, friendly, and ensured we had a great experience!

Perfekt - Our ride was absolutely outstanding! The driver was punctual, the car was spotless, and the ride was smooth from start to finish. Mister Earnest Gurusinghe was very friendly, professional, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.
The Navigation was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We Highly recommend Mister Gurusinghe! The best Uber rides we ever had!

Do it! - This was exceptional -- our driver was very knowledgeable, very friendly and went out of his way to show us areas/highlights that we were interested in. I would highly recommend our driver -- but I can't spell his name! Perhaps Viator can help me with a reply.

One Of The Best Days Of Our Vacation - Our driver Nethmal was amazing. He catered the day sightseeing trip to our wants and needs. He was very knowledgeable and we had a wonderful day. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this tour!

This is not about the... - This is not about the driver at all !
Viator's system is not great, even thought I share all information the itinerary didn't include everything. I had to review all with the other company all over. This was waste of time for sure.
The car was average, no water was offered. The driver didn't offer any routes.

Very nice guy and... - Very nice guy and accommodating. Pick up at hotel. This is not a tour but more of a car ride. It would be great if you had someone with you to explain the sights and history, because this does not include history or information. Not a city tour.

Extremely Unsafe Experience – Do Not Book This Tour - This tour was a complete disaster and genuinely felt unsafe. The driver was confrontational with me and our licensed guide from the start. He refused to follow the itinerary, ignored instructions, and repeatedly left us waiting 30–40 minutes after each stop. Because of this, we only made it to two stops before we chose to end the tour early just to get away from him.
After the tour, things got even worse. The driver called me twice after 9:30 pm the same night. I only provided Viator with the screenshot of those calls, because that alone shows how inappropriate and unsettling this situation was. Late-night contact from a driver after a complaint is not normal and not safe.
When I reported the incident, Viator dismissed the safety concern and relied entirely on the operator’s denial. They claimed the tour was “fully completed,” even though that is not true. Their response showed no interest in reviewing the actual behavior of the driver or protecting customers.
This is not a company I trust with my safety or money.
Avoid this tour. There are plenty of reputable operators in Paris — this is not one of them.
