Paris - I was a cold day to be on boat tour but it was still worth seeing everything pointed out to us. The bus tour is a must, you can plan your route to see things up close later

Great way to get a lay of the land in Paris - Easy to do, relaxing after walking the city, and a nice way to see just about every important monument the city has. The river and bus portion are a great time. The top of the bus is covered for the frequent rain Paris gets, and we had the option of taking the river cruise at a later day, which was great because we waited for a clear day to do that.

The river tour boat was... - The river tour boat was great, fun. The bus tour is unnecesary and the bus was dirty. The tour guide only guided us to the bus and that’s it!! Not helpful at all.

Beautiful River cruise but lots of waiting and walking - We did the double decker tour in the late morning, early afternoon because I can't walk very far. We decided not to do the bus tour at 7 and instead walked to take the cruise. Disappointed that you didn't say we would have to walk to get the cruise. It took us 20 minutes from the drop spot. The cruise itself was lovely, but again poor instructions as to which stairs to go down and where to go - there were several signs for the tour we were supposed to go on both sides of the stairs.

This is completely self-guided; don’t expect someone to give you a tour - Do not expect a guide to give you a tour while you’re riding on the bus (double-decker w/open top). When we arrive to the meeting point, we were told that we needed to download an app, which would give us a tour while the bus drove around. So, if you do this, make sure you have headphones or AirPods for everyone in your group, because it’s noisy on the bus and you can’t just play the “tour” off your phone. I sat on the bottom level with my kids to avoid the sun exposure, but the views were not very good and we smelled gasoline exhaust fumes the whole time (almost two hours).
The boat part of the tour is even more “self-guided.” They just give you tickets for a boat ride and send off my yourself to find the boat. And there is no tour guide or phone app to guide you while on the boat.
Just set your expectations low for this activity. The gentleman who met us at the meeting point was very kind and helpful with downloading the app, etc., but once we got on the way, he had no role whatsoever.

Terrible tour. - This tour has no narration. You have to use your own cell phone to hear about the sights.
Most importantly, this is not a coach bus. The bus was extremely hot!

Not what I expected - On the tour bus we were given a map with QR code for downloading narration on the trip. It was hard to hear the narration due to the open air bus and everyone else's phone not quite in sync on the narration. We never saw the tour guide again after we got on the bus. When we got off the bus we thought we would be heading to a river boat, but the tour guide was gone and never provided us a ticket for a boat ride or gave direction to somewhere else to get on a boat. Therefore, we never got the boat ride.

To flee - I booked a bus tour and cruise on the Seine for a duration of 2:30
We arrive at the meeting place and there a not very nice lady tells us that we are doing the cruise first and then the bus tour even though on the website it is the opposite
The cruise tour was extremely full, we didn’t see much at all
2 p.m. cruise for one hour and 4:15 p.m. the bus tour…. From 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. what do we do? Nothing was indicated on our tickets or on the internet
It’s not 2:30 long…
We did not take the bus tour because we had to fly back at the end of the day
I was very disappointed and would have preferred to do something else for our last day in Paris…

Not worth it. - Only good thing was the boat ride, I got a better city tour on hop on and off bus.audio was horrible and stopped after #20. Tour guide was hard to find and very rushed. Would not recommend this tour at all.
