The process begins with kneading the predough. You’ll add the final touch with a rolling pin as you roll out the completed dough, from which you’ll shape your own pastries! Time will take care of the rest as they rest and bake.
Conclude the session by savoring your baked creations and engaging in an enlightening discussion about your Parisian journey. Our chefs are delighted to offer culinary advice, recommendations, and opinions, while also learning from you. Remember to take home any leftovers!
