Additional Information
- There are 130 steps to enter the Paris Catacombs and 112 steps to exit.
- This tour is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
- The tunnels can be slippery and remain at a temperature of around 14°C/57°F, even in summer. Guests are advised to wear sturdy shoes and bring warm clothing.
- Tickets for the Catacombs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. They must be used with the group at the booked time and their availability is limited. Entry times are also prebooked and are strictly adhered too, we must enter on time. For this reason we are unable to issue refunds to latecomers or no shows for missed tours.
- If you plan to arrive at the meeting point by taxi, please ensure you leave yourselves plenty of time, it can often take a considerable amount of time to find a taxi in Paris!
- The Catacombs are 20 meters/65 feet (and more) underground and the tunnels are narrow in places. This tour is not suitable for those with cardiac or respiratory problems, or suffering from claustrophobia.

Nearest metro: Denfert Rochereau. Exit at Sortie 1 and you will see the Catacombs entrance gate directly across the street.
Your guide will be wearing their guide badge on an orange lanyard.

100% recommend! - Absolutely incredible, enthusiastic and informative guide, secret access and no waiting time! We were given plenty of photo opportunities, and the limited access areas and small group meant the tour felt very exclusive. Very cool and a must do in Paris I would say, by far my favourite part of my trip so far.

TAKE THIS TOUR! - Remy was absolutely fantastic! Best tour guide we’ve had while in Paris!! We learned so much and he answered all of our questions! He took us to 2 restricted areas in addition to the regular areas. Such a highlight of our week in Paris! Thank you for such an informative evening!

Sense of history - It was an interesting experience in a positive way. The signs are predominantly in French . You could spend several hours covering them all. They are largely classical texts enhanced by the surroundings.
Be prepared for many steps down and up.

We are newfound 'cata-philes'!! - Lovely Catacombes du Paris tour -- very informative and personal. We also felt like it was curated and very 'skip the line' and gave us special access that no-one else had -- which was very cool!!! Leo was GREAT!
