The show was very... - The show was very entertaining. A lot of talented performers in the cast and beautiful costumes. Would definitely go again.

Breathtaking - Just incredible, an experience we are not about to forget, that’s for sure!! The dances, the music and the staging... everything was breathtaking! I recommend 100%, it is the best cabaret.

Excellent Show - The show was excellent especially the singers and the dancing act to “Cry Me a River. I also want to put in a good word for the manager, Frederick. Our travel agent did not book seats in a good area for us and Frederick changed our seats to better see the show. We did not opt for the dinner so I cannot comment on the food. Beverage service was excellent

Engaging performance: suboptimal hospitality - Good performance, Expressive characters, Great props…. Uncomfortable seating, Suboptimal hospitality (no one visited the table to provide the accompaniments promised on the ticket)

Confirm booking beforehand - Paradis Latin has computer issues - We were celebrating a significant birthday, fortunately not on this night with our family who had travelled from Australia. Our travel agent had booked through Viator the best seats in the house. When we arrived early dressed nicely for the celebration we had our tickets, receipt for payment to Paradis Latin and Viator one of their booking agents - we were asked to step aside and our paperwork was taken from us. For 1/2 an hour the room filled up as we waited until my husband remonstrated twice about the delay. Relucantly we were shown to a table which we understood was not in the area specific to the ticket price which had differant menus and wines on the table, they were quickly replaced with the menu’s and champagne we had paid for - the meal was rushed and we were never offered further wines/water per the costs of the VIP tickets. The dinner was superb, the show was fantastic - more risqué than Moulin Rouge, the performers were exceptional in voice and dance. Despite the computer glitches/staff rudeness we had a wonderful night enjoying the show! The management and staff of the theatre are the let down so be mindful of double checking when booking for a special night out especially when travelling long distances. Myself and our travel agent have contacted Viator and both times I have received what appears to be an Ai unemphatic response that this is no fault of their company. We will never book through Viator again. Paradis Latin the company has been awful. On the night NO apology. We were treated as if we had scammed our tickets! During the show I had to leave to request our documentation which they then copied and gave back with reluctance, NO apology. I have written twice in detail without any response ‘again’ NO apology, The poor conduct by staff on the night and since has been unacceptable and disappointing.
