Spectacular Notre Dame Experience - Easy to find our Guide, Monty, and tour started on time! Small group made listening to Monty and following him in the crowded Cathedral easy. Monty was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The “new” Notre Dame is spectacular and I would recommend this tour for anyone who has never been or anyone who has not been since the fire.

Sad experience with GYG - two tickets for an indoor and/or outdoor guided tour with entrance to Notre Dame Cathedral. Que nenni!!!! We just walk outside without interest and without need for a guide and we plant you on the forecourt and here you are free to enter alone without a guide .....or 40 € for bullshit without going to the essentials. We then entered the cathedral like everyone else and free of charge. Disgusted by this GYG adventure we cancelled our tickets for the Jacquemard Museum because we already know the outside and if not to enter and see the Latour exhibition, we do not want to be abused twice. I deleted the GYG app of course.

Sullen tour operator rep, very poor "tour" - This was a disaster, partly because the tour itself was poor and partly because there are TWO companies involved and their coordination was terrible. Get Your Guide company recruits clients, and a second company, in this case HandMedinaCo Tours, provides the tour services. Pre-tour emails from Get Your Guide told us exactly where to meet our guide on the chosen date. But then on tour day, Get Your Guide sent an email reminder directing us to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT meeting point many blocks away from the original. Following instructions, I contacted HandMedinaCo Tours and asked for clarification. After some back and forth, the original location was confirmed. When I told the HandMedinaCo Tours rep, "An apology would be nice," she/he refused, replying, "It's not my fault – I am not Get Your Guide." This totally ignores the fact that the two companies are in partnership and that a misstep on the part of the one reflects on the other and thus becomes a joint problem that needs to be fixed. After all this, the "tour" itself was totally inadequate (visuals on an iPad screen that could not be seen in direct sunlight, virtually no facts or other insights into Notre Dame cathedral (the subject of the tour), poor English skills by the tour leader). We were able to get cut-the-line access to the interior of the cathedral, but only after the tour leader showed us our QR code entry forms and had us take pictures of them with our phones. In all it was a contentious relationship with a sullen HandMedinaCo Tours rep and a tour unworthy of the name.

Guide Never Showed Up - Guide never showed up for a Notre Dame tour. Left 10 people stranded on a street corner, including some elderly. Then they didn’t answer their phone. Don’t use this company.
