The tour is slightly... - The tour is slightly confusing. 15 minutes early is not enough time to be able to get in at your desired time. Additionally, I received an email 2 hours prior telling me to download the app to listen under Wi-Fi. At that point, we were already well on our way through the streets of Paris with no Wi-Fi. I would recommend sending the information at least a day in advance so tourists can prepare. We were unable to download the app and lost money on this excursion.

You are on your own!! - Could not find anyone who knew how to find the people who were supposed to be responsible for this. Talked to 3 different sets of people - no luck. Did not need tickets to enter and audio guide is 6 euros per person.
Have requested a refund!!!

It's just theft the... - It's just theft the notre dame is free admission. On top of that, you just have to queue because these tickets won't get you in at the short line. So just go inside without making a reservation!

Scam! - Watch out! Only reservations made on the website of the Cathedral of Paris are valid. Any other booking on another site (or booking slot) is not valid.
We took the 2:30 p.m. slot. It turns out that on that day, reservations on site were not possible. After 1hr of waiting we dropped!
This service provider just charges you a free admission and audio guide worth 6 euros on site.
In addition, during our discussions with the claimants, it already smelled like a scam (see visual in connection with the comment)
Reservation tripadvisor via viator. Ticket impossible to open (explanation of the agency, no need for ticket, it is free).
In short, avoid!!!!!

We were told it was not a... - We were told it was not a reservation and we had only paid for an audio, which we didn’t receive either. We were told we had been ripped off. I have contacted Viator and I told them I would like a total refund but have not had a response yet
Just waited to get in to Notre Dame in the no reservation line

A mockery, not to mention a scam. - A total catastrophe! After sending me confirmation mail and audio link on the same day as the visit, which I had booked several weeks earlier, we were told that you could only enter Notre Dame by queuing people without reservation (more than two hours waiting). I hope that at least the amount will be refunded soon.

Unable to reach meeting point - I couldn't get to the meeting point. With the construction of Notre Dame it is very complicated and you ask and nobody tells you how to get
