Knowledgeable and Caring Tour Guides - Clara did an excellent job explaining the history of the Louvre and how it has evolved over the years. Our group included a wheelchair user, and she skillfully navigated us through the crowds, ensuring we were still able to see many of the museum’s most iconic works. Her kindness, patience, and expertise were truly appreciated, and we highly recommend her. We also want to recognize the outstanding support from the team. The day before our tour, our Eurostar train from London was canceled due to a mechanical issue. Although we were able to book a flight to Paris the following morning, it meant we would miss our scheduled tour. I reached out to Juliette, and the team went above and beyond, rearranging another family’s time so they could accommodate us in the afternoon. We are incredibly grateful to this amazing team for their flexibility and care. They truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Thank you!

Great experience with John. - I would have rated it even higher than 5 if there were more numbers. We had John as our guide. He is from England. He is incredibly knowledgeable about history, art, the history of the Louvre. He wove all of that together into a wonderful tour. His enthusiasm for the museum and the art is infectious. We would definitely ask for him again.

The Perfect Accessible Louvre Experience with a Thoughtful Guide! - We had Hamish for this Wheelchair Accessible Tour of the Louvre and couldn't recommend the experience more for those traveling with individuals who have limited mobility. The guide, Hamish, was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the works of art. But the real gem was the ease with which he guided us through the museum using all of the elevators/accessible routes. Some of which are hard to find if you have no experience navigating the museum. Without his guidance, I don't think we would have made it very far and probably would have gotten lost multiple times. We saw all of the key "masterpieces" of the Louvre. The person in the wheelchair and one additional person even got to see the Mona Lisa up close and personal by going through the special accessible viewing entrance – escaping the craze of the massive crowd! One thing that I found above and beyond: We booked the tour late the night before. The morning of, I received a call from the tour company. I was afraid that they were going to say that they couldn't accomodate the tour on such short notice. However, what they were doing was calling to understand our group better and exactly what the accessibility needs were. It was really thoughtful and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and consideration to do this in advance. 10/10 would recommend this experience!

Accessible Louvre Tour with Justine helped us make the most of our time! - Justine was a knowledgeable, helpful and graciously patient tour guide! Booking an accessible tour with my elderly father on his motorized scooter (scooter rented separately for our entire time in Paris) really helped us make the most efficient use of our time and enjoy the highlights at the Louvre. I am sure it saved us a great deal of time as we did not have to navigate the huge museum ourselves. We have found it often complicated in Paris to find accessible routes and elevators (about half of which seem to be out of service). Justine was able to lead us seemlessly while conveying the history, symbolism and some fascinating anecdotes that brought to life the paintings, sculptures and decor in the Louvre. It was well worth the price.

Happy Wheelchair experience - Justine was WONDERFUL!!! The tour was amazing!!! We could not have done it without her. Justine was so knowledgeable. We got to take a picture in front of the Mona Lisa. The wheelchair experience was phenomenal. We couldn’t have maneuvered without Justine. Many of the lifts were out of service, and we wouldn’t have known where to go. Also, we wanted to see the Egyptian exhibit, and it is housed in a different section the HUGE museum, we wouldn’t have known how to get there. Thanks Justine for making this an unforgettable experience instead of a frustrating one!!!!
