This tour is crafted to showcase the Louvre Museum’s most renowned artworks. Enter through the original Medieval structure dating back to the 12th century and embark on a journey with your guide through stunning galleries, exploring masterpieces from 450 BCE to the 1800s.

Meet our team at the Arc du Carrousel. This huge arch features a horse-drawn chariot on top. With your back to the entrance of the Louvre Pyramid, you will spot it across the road, just before the entrance to the Tuileries Garden.

Terrific Tour! - Our guide was Helin and she was fantastic! As we were waiting outside for the rest of the group we were a bit overwhelmed at the size of the museum and wondering how we would navigate such a huge place. Helin gleefully met with us and deftly guided us through a 3-plus tour that just flew by. She greatly enhanced the tour with her back stories of the works of art and historical references. She is very Aenthusiastic and was eager to show us more than the usual 3 hours until our feet said it was time to stop. I would highly recommend this tour and if you have the pleasure of having Helin guide you, you are very lucky! I'll definitely be back!

Great customer service - Lourve museum was robbed the day before our trip and it was closed. The tour company had no problem issuing a full refund even though it was on the day. The communication was wonderful. We were able to visit Musée de l'Orangerie instead.

Check accessibility - It’s very important if you have accessibility needs to check the small print before you book. I failed to do this and didn’t realise that the tour was not wheelchair accessible- although this is clearly stated. Although the museum is wheelchair friendly - there are a lot of lifts involved and it would be impossible to move around with a large group. Also the tours meeting point involves a lot of steps. Our tour guide, Helen? Was lovely and did her best to help us. So no complaints.

The Viator rep was very... - The Viator rep was very good. She met us and took us to the entrance to the Louvre. There we waited for 1 hour and then the Louvre staff announced that the museum was closed. So we never had the Louvre experience we paid for and were really looking forward to. We have requested a refund. If we receive the refund we will definitely recommend Viator and will use it again.
