Remy was exceptional!! He... - Remy was exceptional!! He was knowledgeable and interesting. He made a fun experience. Would not have wanted to navigate the Louve without a guided tour.

Highly recommend if you don’t have a lot of time - This was perfect for me and my adult daughter. We didn’t have enough time in Paris to spend a day at the Louvre, so this is just what we needed. Checkin was easy, and our group was small maybe 20 people. Our guide was excellent as she showed us around. After her portion of the tour was over, you are free to explore on your own, or leave the museum.

Confusing description but I was resolved - When I arrived at the meeting point they told me that the tour I had bought was with audio guide and that the person who was going to accompany us would only show us the artworks without further explanation, when in the description it did not say that, it said that it was guided tour. Fortunately they were able to change me to the François group who did explain the works and made the tour very enjoyable. That's just why I give him 5 ️.

Very good and informativ Guide - François was an outstanding guide at the Louvre. In a very limited amount of time, he managed to show us the most important highlights and explained everything in great detail, with impressive knowledge and passion. The tour was both informative and engaging, and we learned a lot. I can highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Louvre.

Louvre - want to go back! - Julien gave a great tour. He was accommodating of guests who needed to leave early while giving it his all to everyone else who remained. It left us wanting to go back to the Louvre for more.

Great louvre Tour! - Florence was fabulous. She was very easy to understand and very informative. She was able to answer any question asked and made it interesting to our 14 year old daughter as well. .

Red Flag - As you can imagine, Paris around the holidays is crazy with tourists. The check in location for this tour was not clear. We were not contacted initially with how to locate our guide once at the Louvre( only with where). Finally I did identify the guide with having a red vest. It would be helpful if the guides had a red flag as well to see this above the crowds. My guide did not and thus I was separated many times from my group. I ended my tour alone and was unable to return my tour sticker as advised.

Louvre on strike! - The Louvre was on strike the day we booked. Not the tour company’s fault at all but I am kinda upset that no one reached out to us to tell us in advance! We literally ran across town to get to this tour only to be told it was cancelled. Also still trying to sort out a refund from Viator because apparently the tour company can not do it from their end.

Improve the quality of your guides - Other bad reviews are true... the tour guide I had (Eleanor) was very disorganized, took us more than an hour to actually got into the museum galleries. Explained nothing or very poorly about the story, culture and history of the masterpieces. More than half of the group left and went on their own including myself during the tour. Truly waste of time and money unless you just want to get into the museum when it is fully booked.
