Learn to Think Like an Artist - A member of my team at work found this workshop via Viator, and we had a great experience on a rainy Sunday a few weeks ago. I knew very little going in, but kind of assumed we could select beads out of buckets, clamp a few rhinestones together, and be on our merry way. But Mona had other plans. Mona is a master not just of her craft but of PROCESS. Our session began with a lovely meal with wine and some ice breaker-like exercises to get to know each other. (We were a mixed group.) After breaking bread together, we went through a series of group reflections to begin zooming in on what would make a piece of jewelry feel unique to each of us. We discussed inspiration, aspiration, and impact as we began clarifying our visions. Next, Mona led us deftly through sketching, making paper and clay models to try on, and selecting color combinations. Along the way we discussed our different silhouettes, colors, and vibes for our pieces - getting and giving feedback to one another. There was a beautiful sense of camaraderie and community. Mona then took our models and notes and we all departed while she set to work bringing our ephemera to life. She had our finished pieces delivered to our hotel one week later and we were able to wear them home to the US. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to explore their creativity and dip their toe into a new craft under the supervision of a true artist and teacher. It was great for our team to have this opportunity to learn more about what makes each of us “tick” and what each of us responds to aesthetically. Further, Mona is patient, funny, and kind, and the experience was one of the most unique I’ve had in Paris.

Extraordinary Deep Dive into the Creative Process - Our session with Mona was so much more than a standard jewelry-making class; it was a masterclass in design and creative storytelling. Instead of just focusing on the tools, Mona took us through an immersive journey into the creative process, teaching us how to connect our personalities into wearable art. While Mona handled the technical crafting of the pieces herself, this allowed us to focus entirely on the vision and design. She is a true artist who listens with incredible intent. When we finally saw the finished products, we were blown away—she nailed our designs to an absolute 'T.' If you want to understand the soul behind jewelry design and see your own creativity come to life through a master’s hands, I cannot recommend Mona enough.

Mona’s Jewelry-Making Class in Paris - Our group of six, including four kids (ages 10–14), had such a memorable time at Mona’s jewelry-making class in Paris! From the moment we arrived, Mona made us feel completely welcome. We began with a delicious, freshly prepared lunch — the kids especially loved the local fruits and warm, crusty bread. Before diving into the creative part, Mona led us through some fun and thoughtful brainstorming questions. When she asked what people in the room would miss if someone left, my son answered “laughter and humor” — and everyone had to agree! It was such a lovely way to connect and set the tone for the rest of the experience. After that, we moved to the beautiful patio area where everything was perfectly arranged for us to explore sample earrings and necklaces. Mona guided us through designing our own pieces, encouraging everyone’s creativity — even the kids were totally engaged. We received our finished jewelry in September, after some changes in tariffs had made shipping tricky. Mona went the extra mile to make sure our pieces reached us without any additional cost. Her communication was prompt and warm throughout, and her dedication truly stood out. Mona’s studio is cozy, stylish, and inspiring — just like her work. Our handmade pieces are not only beautiful keepsakes but also reminders of a special afternoon filled with creativity, laughter, and kindness. Highly recommend this experience for families or anyone looking for something unique and meaningful in Paris!

Unforgettable experience at Just Art! Paris - I'm not a particularly creative person, and yet... at Just Art! Paris, I had an extraordinary time. The concept is as original as it is wonderful: design your own jewel (earrings, in my case) from design to realization, after Welcoming with a delicious meal prepared with care...A moment of rewarding sharing. It was much more than just a workshop: a real moment for me, where I was able to let myself be carried away, dared, created, out of my preconceived ideas. Besides, the jewel I created may tell more about who I am than I sometimes dare to admit to myself. Many thanks to Mona for the gentleness, patience and ability to bring creativity to life even where it was thought it did not exist. A gift to offer or to offer, for all those who want to experience something unique.

Jewelry — but so much more. - Mona is the ultimate host. First, she is just bright and joyful. Second, she offers a beautiful homemade lunch (with wine and beverages) that made us feel as if we were dining at her home. Third, she got to know us. I know I haven’t said anything about the jewelry making yet, but the experience was so much more than that. We learned about each other during the process. The pieces you design are delivered to you many months down the line, which we all thought would be just a great reminder of our Paris experience. Wonderful experience.

An unforgettable experience - An amazing experience! Mona is a bubbly person, full of joie de vivre. It was a real pleasure to do this atypical workshop with my future husband. Nothing better to weld the bonds... she has that power there... We had the pleasure of creating a jewel that looks like me around an exquisite meal, a bottle of wine up to the moment and a dessert to fall! Jewelry Art - Looking to spend some 1 on 1 with my granddaughter who is into art. We arrived at Monas Studio, a small atelier in the Marais. Mona greeted us with her positive energy and we chatted over a lovely lite lunch. Mona showed us her jewelry collection with her unique style. We then tried on a few pieces of jewelry, made a few tweaks of our own, and in a few months our piece will arrive. My granddaughter had a wonderful time and we both have nice memories of our jewelry designing afternoon.

Fantastic Experience - This is a luxury workshop not only because you design a luxury piece, but also because Mona herself is a luxury. She has a personality that makes you find your true self, and makes you question who you are and what you want. The dinner and the conversation with her are invaluable, and her insights about life are marvelous. Fun jewellery design experience - This is a really great experience if you are interested in design and/or jewellery. The workshop is in an interesting medieval style space in the heart of the Maria's. The district full of interesting little shops full of lovely and quirky things. Also lots of tempting food shops. Mona who conducts the work shop is great. It's all about your own individual aesthetic and applying that to your individual piece.

Gorgeous art to remember Paris! - This was perhaps the most unique interesting and creative excursion I’ve ever done in my travels. Mona is fantastic and engaging and warm and she will bring the creativity forth in you. Delightful food and wonderful conversation and a chance to meet other people. She draws out the child-like joy of creating even when we think we can’t. It is absolutely a top highlight of my trip to Paris and I highly recommend it. I would do it again the next time I visit. It’s so wonderful to be able to have a great experience in the heart of Paris that isn’t just seeing a tourist site. Treat yourself!
