Baking the choux pastry:
Bake the choux pastry in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.

Warm the milk in a saucepan. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Gradually pour the hot milk over the egg mixture while stirring continuously, then return the mixture to the saucepan and cook on low heat until the cream thickens.
