A Magical Night at the Eiffel Tower with an Amazing Guide - My daughter and I had a brilliant experience with our guide, Lovette. We met her just off the main path, and she made the entire process of reaching the second floor effortless. This was our second time doing a tour like this, and Lovette made it much more memorable than our previous one—she was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging.
Once we reached the second floor, Lovette made sure we knew exactly where to go to reach the summit on our own. The views of Paris at dusk were unforgettable. We chose to walk down from the second floor to the first for a dinner overlooking the Trocadero. It was a lovely meal; though 79 euros for two courses is a little pricey, the experience and the views made it worth every cent. Walking down the stairs at the end was the perfect way to see the tower in all its nighttime glory. Thank you, Lovette!

Great experience! - Our guide Mina was great and had so much history knowledge. It was very insightful with the building of the Eiffel Tower as well as other main structures in the city. Great panoramic views and the summit trip is neat.

Experience less than expected - The experience does not worth the value of money i have paid . We were a family of four adults, i have paid 60€ per person(240€ total) while i was chocked that the price at the box office was only 23,10€ which means about 37€ for the guide .
The problem is that this 37€ does not value the service we had received:
- an audio was not provided ,so we missed a lot of information because we were not able to hear the information from the guide if we were not too close to here .
- when we reached the second floor, she left us directly without explaining what landmarks of Paris we are able to see from different angles of this floor for Eiffel Tower.
- of course there was not skip the line but it was mentioned before reservation.

The experience was... - The experience was unfortunately not the best, though mostly because of the very cold temperature and long lines. The guide was nice, but neither she nor the company gave us a clue that the line would take almost 2 hours, which made us miss our dinner reservation on our one night in Paris. I had timed it so that we would be on the Tower at sunset, but we didn't make it up until well after sundown. Had we been informed of the situation, we would have opted out of the trip up the elevator altogether. The guide did her best to keep us organized and gave a nice history lesson while in line, but the overall experience was a waste of time and money. Please be clear that this tour DOES NOT get you to the front of the line. Other tours were waiting a fraction of the time in a much shorter line and were up and gone way before our group.

The experience was nice... - The experience was nice but I felt it was lacking a lot. Overall pleased I was able to see the Eiffel Tower but did not enjoy the tour very much.

Very Dissappointing Tour Experience - Very Disappointing Tour Experience
We had a very disappointing experience with this Eiffel Tower tour, specifically with our tour guide, Rita.
It is true that we entered without waiting in line, but that day there were absolutely no lines at all, so the “skip-the-line” benefit was meaningless and felt misleading.
What bothered us the most was the complete lack of information. We repeatedly asked Rita about the history of the Eiffel Tower, and each time she told us she would explain it once we went up. When we reached the second floor, we asked again — and she never gave us any historical information at all.
She seemed much more focused on rushing us to the top floor rather than actually guiding the tour. After that, she barely spoke to us and did not engage with the group in any meaningful way.
To make matters worse, friends of ours took the exact same tour on the same day but with a different guide, and they received a full explanation of the history of the Eiffel Tower and a much richer experience. Their tour lasted about 1.5 hours, while ours was only about 30 minutes total — from entering, going up, and coming back down.
We felt extremely rushed, ignored, and disappointed. My entire family left feeling let down by what was supposed to be a guided tour. We did not get the experience we paid for and would not recommend this tour with this guide.

Guide wasn't found. - We looked all over for the guide asked several people at the Eiffel Tower Never found the guide. I would never recommend this tour. I got totally ripped off.

So disappointed - Abnormal that the eiffel tower is closed because of 5mm of snow! Saturday, January 3rd.... 2 hours queue for nothing when we had booked for 2 months
