To access the restaurant you will need to go to the checkpoints located in the South and East gardens at 06:00 pm and present the confirmation email. Then, you must go to the Restaurant welcome desk to pick up your lift ticket. The ticket gives access to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Perfect first night in Paris - Fabulous. Jaw dropping views on the first floor. Great food. Our server Jenna was nice and very smart. Food was on time

Great dinner and incredible view - The river view price was worth it. Service was incredible! Food also amazing. We got to pick the starter, entree and dessert. Loved everything! I would recommended doing for a special occasion or just for a new experience.

Got to do it! - Can’t really go wrong with being able to say you’ve had dinner on the Effie tower! Food was lovely and the waiters was so so nice! It’s such a lovely atmosphere

60th birthday dinner - My wife booked my birthday dinner 31 Jan in Madame Basserie restaurant in the Eifel Tower. The food was spectacular and our waitress Eya was great!!!! She made my birthday dinner even more special. I recommend if you are in Paris that you eat here it is worth every cent. When you reserve a table ask for Eya!!!

Spectacular - This was lovely. An spectacular experience. We had a 2 yr old baby and the waiter Samuel was super kind with us and the bebé . The food was 😋 delicious! Something to experience at least onece in your life.

Cute Experience - Staff was great! Food was ok. I would say go for the experience. Get there early because you have to check in at a small office box across from the restaurant.. Also a security check then a good 20 min wait for elevator depending on crowd. We were told the elevator was having mechanical failure so hopefully that played a part in the wait. Either way give yourself time

But where have the cooks gone?? - A beautiful night view of the Trocadero, unfortunately extinguished due to works, augured a beautiful evening. The rain turned the headlights of the cars that drove along the Seine into thousands of shooting stars. Having reserved a table glued to the bay window, the tasting menu at more than 250€ was imposed. Process a little “borderline” for my taste but......we only live once!!
The service a little too perfect of the young waitress did not allow us to enjoy our aperitif since the mouthing arrived before we finished it.
The rest of the meal went perfectly......until the last course:
A fillet of sea bass in sauce
From the first stab, I felt that cooking had taken too long.
The pasty texture in the mouth of the fish confirmed this.
I told the waitress who relayed the information to the chief of rank. The latter then informed me that, as it was 10:30 p.m., the cooks had returned home......?!?
Interlocuted by this unusual schedule, I asked what to do?
They changed my bar with a scallop, very good, even if I had eaten it the day before......
At the time of payment and even before I asked, the extra glasses of wine were offered (but not the aperitifs).
So, I think that, despite the place, the view and the meal, the 800€ of an evening with 3 are greatly overestimated and, ABOVE ALL, that the working hours of the cooks are to be reviewed.
Hence my 3/5.

Ok experience but would not do again. - OK dining experience but getting to the restaurant was not executed well. We were almost 1 hour late for our reservation due to how access to the restaurant was managed. There should have been a separate tower access for guests with confirmed dinner reservations instead of being mixed in with the crowds just viewing the tower. We were 30 minutes early for our reservation but that wasn’t enough to get us in on time. Also learned that our party of 6 people had to sit in tables of two even though we made sure to state that we wanted to sit together as a family. They finally accommodated us at the lower level after some delay. For the price we paid, we could have had a better dining experience elsewhere and just got tickets to see the tower only.
