Educational AND Entertaining! - This class did not disappoint! My daughter and I were highly entertained and came away with more information about French history and knowledge about crepe making that we didn't even realize we needed! We have cherished memories and a once-in-a-lifetime gift that we will each carry with us always! Going back soon to each lunch (hopefully) to ask about the crepe pan and spatula in my cart! We wish our new friend all the best life can offer him! ❤️

Highlight of my trip to Paris - The most amazing experience. Stefan is the best cooking class instructor that I ever had. He not only gives you a great class he also engage with you so the class is active and entertaining. I learn about cooking crepes and history and best equipment to have. Totally amazing. If I had to choose one experience in Paris this will be the one. Enjoy to learn to do crepes and the positive energy of Stefan.

Cooking class that can’t be missed - This was truly a highlight of our trip - not to be missed! Stephane is a fantastic chef, and we are so lucky that he enjoys teaching small groups how to make crepes after his busy lunch rush finishes! I truly wished we had more time to go back to sample all of the lovely galettes and crepes on the menu. We enjoyed the colleagues traveling together who were cooking with us, and the crepes we made were extraordinary! We learned some secrets to try at home that will improve my pancakes too. Highly recommend!

10/10! 5 stars! A+! - 10/10! Stephane the owner, was so energetic, funny and passionate. It was my 12 year old son and I. Stephane kept him engaged the whole class. The crepes truly are the best I have ever had. Definitely take home some of his homemade caramel also- so delicious!

A Truly Passionate and Personalized Cooking Experience - Stephane was brilliant—so full of personality, knowledge, and passion. This was anything but your ordinary cooking class. He added personal touches throughout and took the time to help us work through the tricky parts of crêpe-making. He even sent a follow-up email with tips and tricks so we could keep practicing at home. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it makes the whole experience unforgettable.

Grandmere - My granddaughter and I had a delightful time and learned a lot more than making crepes. We learned history, geography, language variations and the appropriate way to mix and cook the crepes. If I had another granddaughter, I’d do it again. Thank you Stephane!
