- RENT A CAR: Anticipate around 150 euros for a mid-range car for 2 days.
- TAKE A DIRECT LOCAL TRAIN from Paris (57 min). At Gare de l’Est (Paris East railway station), purchase 2 tickets at the counter or machine. The first is an RER ticket valid up to Nanteuil-Saâcy station (the last station in the Île-de-France region) + a second ticket valid from Nanteuil-Saâcy to Nogent-l’Artaud Charly. With your 2 tickets, from Gare de l’Est station, take the RER P direct train to Nogent-l’Artaud station (57 min ride). Suggested departures: 9:17am or 9:49am (daily). Upon arrival, enjoy a delightful 10-minute walk to your hosts, using GPS on your phone.

- Saulchery - Around 1:30pm, take a stroll with your hosts through the Champagne vineyards just across the street and explore the charming French village of Saulchery (vineyards + village round trip from the mansion = 1-mile walk).
- Saulchery - At 2pm, join your hosts to meet a local Champagne producer at his estate and participate in a Champagne tasting!
- Paris - At 3pm, depart from Saulchery. Return to Paris by car (1hr30min) or direct train (57 min, see info above).

- You can either choose the “Transportation included” option (pick up at your hotel by our driver, mid-range car or van), OR get there by your own means. The precise address in the village of Saulchery will be provided after booking: 1. Use UBER or UBER RESERVE (up to 90 days in advance) to book your ride there and back (expect 130 euros one way for 4 people). If you do not book, you might not be able to find any available UBER driver. 2. RENT A CAR: expect 150 euros for a mid-range car for 2 days.
- The romantic option - TAKE A DIRECT LOCAL TRAIN from Paris (57 min): at Gare de l’Est (Paris East railway station), buy 2 tickets at the counter or machine. The first is a RER ticket (2.5 euros) valid up to Nanteuil-Saâcy station (the last station in Île-de-France region) + a second ticket valid from Nanteuil-Saâcy to Nogent-l’Artaud Charly (€2.80). Ideally, buy round-trip tickets. No need to buy in advance. From Paris Gare de l’Est, with your 2 tickets, take RER P direct train to Nogent-l’Artaud station (direct).
