Love the Orient Express - Fantastic exhibition of The Orient Express. The skill and craftsmanship was beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. Art Deco presentations were well worth the visit.

No unsubscribe options at home?????????? - I ask you to unsubscribe from Tripadvisor. Remove my email address from your lists. I wanted two tickets, once, to a museum, not to be revived for trips I never make. Thank you.

Art Deco exhibition - FYI the TripAdvisor ticket is 5 euros more expensive per person than at the museum directly and the audio is free anyway so do not believe it is included in the price!

Dissatisfaction with the service to get the tickets - Unable to download tickets too complicated there is easier with other sites. Forced to call the service provider several times, who had to come 15 minutes before the museum to unlock our tickets , nobody came ... A little stress knowing that the price is more expensive than the museum is really exaggerated!!!! Fortunately, competent people from the museum unblocked the tickets saying that they had a lot of problems with this provider ... I will never go through this site again.

Confusing; Use museum site only - Had to go to three museum entrance staff to find one who could recognize this ticket - as opposed to one bought on Museum site. And I didn't ask for a ticket "agent" on line, I was looking for Museum site and was bumped to Viator. So be careful

Site to avoid - The Museum of Decorative Arts told us that you should have sent us tickets to print and that the reservation we printed was not valid and in addition we paid you 20 euros for admission and audio guides that do not exist in this museum. And that the museum entrance is always 15 euros regardless of the number of temporary exhibitions or not.

Viator is not a partner of this museum. But visit was awesome. - Viator is not a partner of the museum and it was a nightmare to retrieve our tickets and the audio guide was on another app to download. Not happy.

Banned entry - I arrived at the museum and I was told that there were having a lot of issue with tickets from Tripadvisor, after waiting on her queue for about one hour I was told to wait because they could not identify and verify my tickets on their system. After a long wait they let me in however they did not provided the audio guide which was included on yeh package I purchase. A terrible experience!
