• Everyone is welcome to bring your cameras and cell phones for majestic scenery photos. The only thing we tell all guest is that we are not responsible for your electronics!!
• We offer a picturesque photo and video packages to capture all the excitement and memories

• Safety is our #1 goal, with a safety orientation for every guest prior to leaving the dock
• All participants must sign a waiver
• The minimum weight to fly alone is 100 pounds, maximum weight for tandems or triples is 425 pounds weather permitting
• Minimum age to fly or observe is 5 years
• Parasailing is not appropriate for anyone with serious medical issues, back, heart or neck problems, or pregnant women
• There is no smoking or alcohol allowed
• Some pets are acceptable upon the captain’s approval for this excursion

For a full refund, notification at least 24 hours prior to reservation time is required. Notification given under 24hours prior to reservation time will not be refunded. A full refund will be given for cancellations due to weather or mechanical issues.
