Positive experience - Ulle was very knowledgeable about the archeological site and readily answered all our questions. A much better experience than reading the plaques on one’s own!

Well worth tour - Ulla our guide was great, very informative about the park and ruins and wider information about Cyprus.
It brought the mosaics to life having our guide talk us through what we were looking at and really added to the experience

Paphos walking tour - Marina was absolutely amazing! The heat and humidity was brutal and she kept us hydrated and rested as we were always in the shade when talking. This tour combined Greek, Roman and Mythical information. Our kids are major history buffs so really enjoyed Marina's knowlege and added their own. This tour was a must. We explored the entire area!

Great tour - Our guide was very experienced and informative, and the sites were almost private on account of COVID. We did the tour very quickly (maybe an hour and a half) but we saw so much in that time.

A glimpse of Paphos history and archaeology - The tour is a good chance to know about the archaeological features of a city mostly known for its beaches. That's my case. However, if you're already an specialist in mythology and History, the tour might disappoint a little.

Avoid this purchase and instead buy the tickets off the gate for the same experience!- Then thank me later - Tour was booked for 9am yet within 12 hours to go the times were changed for later in the day with the start time being 2pm. The tour is advertised as being 4 hours in duration which we only got 90 minutes of. If the tour was 4 hours long it means that the full duration overruns the facilities included on the tour.
The start point was not as advertised on our booking sheet and was infact a considerable distance away meaning that a distance of 9km was walked unnecessary. This could have been avoided and discussed when the trip was rescheduled the day before.
When we eventually met up with our tour guide she had forgotten her purse/our prebooked tickets which meant we again had to foot the entry price. The entry price was what this tour was worth as the "professional" guide simply read off the multiple information boards when inside the ruins.

Overpriced and underwhelming - Truly horrendous experience. It started off on a sour note as the starting point we were given was roughly 5km away from the actual starting point. Luckily we arrived 30 minutes early and decided to go to a local cafe which had wi-fi. If not, we'd most likely have wasted 165 quid. Our tour was rushed (90 minutes) and lacked the kind of expert knowledge I expected from the price tag. On top of that we had to pay our entrance fee (however, this was refunded). I would not recommend as all the information we received was readily available and for just the 9 euro entrance fee.
