Got us to the airport - Departed and arrived on time. Driver polite and helpful with unloading suitcases. A convenient location to our hotel. Bus depot sells sandwich and drinks

Ease of use - If you have booked online and you have your tickets you will not be able to go directly on the bus, you must check in tourist service center, on the left leaving the airport, and there you are given access cards, you wait in a room to, once at the departure time, you are asked to disturb yourself rig to the bus. If you booked for an hour no matter they take your reservation. If you do not have a reservation you can buy your ticket at the same ticket counter.

Reasonable price - Very nice transport and good service. We used this transportation very often while we visit Siem reap. The price is acceptable , parking locations very close to my hotel booked.

HASSLEFREE SAI TRANSPORT - With several helpful staff in the arrival area and at the airport exit, the Limousine Bus from Siem Reap Airport is the right choice for a hassle-free travel into the city center. The bus is clean, comfortable, air conditioned and started on the dot, reaching its last stop just before the Siem Reap River crossing on 7 Makara Street in quick time. Recommended!

Good service - Good service. A rep meets you at the departures exit doors. 30 mins ride into town. Will then cost a dollar for a tuk tuk to take you to your hotel.

When we got to the... - When we arrived at the bus stop it was not clear which one we had to go to. After the trip all barbaro, wear coat for the trip! Then when we arrived there were tuk tuk who in theory worked with the bus, but in the end they tried to con us with the final price.

- Bad customer service! (receptionist) she doesn't ask customer contact number and the ticket doesn't have any bus company contact number too. I'm late 5 minutes because of traffic jam but the bus leave without any call to customer and leave without knowing they're missing 1 customer. I ask the receptionist for driver number but she doesn't give me and reply rude to me, she just told me to go straight the bus will wait me. Unfortunately I can't find the bus as her stupid information. I suggest the company pay more attention on customer services. Thanks
