• San Blas Islands - Visit the famous Natural Pool, a sunken island where you can stand in waist deep water on fine sand. Swim in this beautiful pool and take pictures with the starfishes! This is a once in a lifetime experience!

Visit isla arena blanca and finish your tour at isla diablo/niadup where you can prepare in order to return to the port.

Visit Isla Yansa, one of the nicest islands in San Blas with fine white sand beaches and crystalline waters.

• San Blas Islands - Isla Misdup is a newly opened island, which invites with its vast beaches and shallow sandbank. This island is a true paradise island, which does not receive many visitors and can only be visited with our tour. Guests can enjoy the shallow, balmy waters, strolling far into the ocean.
• Panama City - We will make our way back to Panama City, arriving by around 7:00pm

Following a delicious lunch of fresh fish or chicken, proceed to the Natural Pool, a submerged island where you can stand waist-deep in crystal-clear waters, admiring sea stars and vibrant marine life.

Finally, visit Isla Misdup, a remote, uninhabited island with untouched, wild beaches. Delight in the expansive submerged sandbank and find your own secluded spot to relax.

Depart Isla Misdup between 3:00–3:30 PM and return to Panama City, arriving by 7:00 PM.

• “Tigo” is the cell phone company that has the best reception in San Blas.
• The use of drones is prohibited in San Blas! Heavy fines are imposed on those who ignore the rules.
• The boat transfer from the port to the islands may be bumpy with some sea spray. If you are sensitive to motion sickness, please prepare accordingly by bringing appropriate medication. You may also get wet, so please bring some water protection for your luggage and yourself
• You are welcome to bring a cooler with your own drinks, potable water, snacks and beverages (fruit juice or alcohol). The driver will stop at a supermarket on the way to San Blas in order for you to purchase additional items.
• Please be prepared for a 2.5 hour car journey each way (1 hour on a highway and about 1.5 hours through the mountains over curvy roads! Please do not leave bad reviews because of the road. We try to warn you ahead of time ;)
• PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR ORGINAL PASSPORT. WITHOUT IT, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE GUNA TERRITORY AND THE SAN BLAS ISLANDS.
• In San Blas Islands there are no ATMs, please bring cash. You can buy additional drinks, snacks, souvenirs etc.

Extra seat available at added cost. Pick-up 5:00–5:30 am — drivers can’t wait more than 10 min. Port check-in may feel informal, but the Kuna run it smoothly. 20–40 min boat ride (can be wet/bumpy). The Gunas will be providing all touristic services, such as meal preparations, car and boat transportations, lodging, and tour guiding. • This activity involves entering and exiting boats on swim ladders. Depending on the tide, it may be challenging for some guests to enter and exit boats onto the boat dock, which may be significantly higher than the boat.
