Must Do, Information, Safe, Great for Solo Travelers!! - An opportunity to get a little glance of everything. Enjoy this experience around town and learn a little history, just enough to come home and tell your friends as if you knew it all along. Great stop at the Panama Canal. The drop you off and come back to get you, watch your time. As a solo traveler I never felt alone one moment. I'll definitely be doing this tour again and again. Very safe.

Time management and poor pick up location I.D. - The bus tour is o.k, but the pick up points are not clearly marked, especially at Allbrook mall. They need better signage at all stops. At 4:00 we were told the bus was done for the day. We had been told earlier the bus ran until 5:15. We had a two day pass and the second day the bus did not do the same route. The Bus does not follow a schedule so sometimes you are waiting for a bus for quite awhile. The bus could be early or late. This makes for wasted time.

Good way to gain an overview of Panamá City - We chose this tour because of the multiple stops which gave us an overview of what we might want to do with a specific venue. This goal was achieved and appreciated the efforts by the staff. The major downside of this tour was that we had been promised a stop at the PANAMA sign, but because we were on the last bus, this didn’t happen.

It’s expensive for what you get - The bus comes quite infrequently and standing in the heat waiting over an hour is not fun. Old town and the canal are great but honestly an Uber is significantly cheaper.

Keep your buses in working order please! - We have never been so disappointed in one of these tours. First though, the drivers and the guides were spectacular under the conditions. The problem was apparently some of the buses were out of commission and therefore the buses only came half as often. We were afraid to get off of the bus to sightsee, because we weren't sure if another was coming. We have used this type of tour every trip it was available around the world, and this is the first time we have been so disappointed.

Guide was difficult to... - Guide was difficult to understand. Need to carefully note entrance door at Mall or you’ll never see another Red Bus. Overbooked as several people had to stand.

Spend your money on Uber. - Our first day riding the HoHo was decent enough. However, the second day, our bus never came. In order to save time, we took an Uber to Bio Museum, and then waited, waited, and waited for the HoHo bus to come, and it never did. We ended up just calling another Uber. We met with a HoHo rep, who kindly informed us to NOT rely on the schedule. I completely understand that schedules are guides, we waited well over 30 minutes past the estimated arrival time for a bus that never came. We bought a 48 hour pass and only used it one day - so that's what? $18 wasted? I've taken HoHos in other countries and all of them were super reliable, which is why I wanted to take one in Panama. Honestly, just choose the things you want to do and take an Uber - it's quicker and way cheaper.

Late confirmation - We purchased our first set of 2 tickets from the web site...and never got out confirmation email. After multiple attempts to try to contact someone to find out if we were confirmed, we gave up and purchased a second set. Deciding that I will dispute the charge when I get it in my credit card. The confirmation came right away and we went on our tour. Two hours later we get the confirmation for the first set of tickets....this was not good customer service.

Not expected hop on trip! Long waits, crowded, erratic schedules, not worth it - Overcrowded bus, traffic causes long waits and times are “relative”, ended up taking an uber back to hotel and not finishing bus ride , denied refund
