A wonderful afternoon on lake! - Ricardo picked us up right on time from our non-hotel accommodation and we went on a journey with just one other couple. We did the 1:30 tour and Ricardo expertly started us with a ride on Gatun lake, which was beautiful. The strong breeze brought on by the fiberglass boat was super welcome in the heat. We saw three types of monkeys, capuchin, titi and howler monkeys, and even a sloth. We made our way back to the Panama Canal observation deck to watch three ships in various stages of coming through the locks for 45 minutes before watching the final 5:15 showing of the IMAX film of the day. It was a wonderful afternoon and we were back just after 6:30.

Awesome afternoon at a natural and man made wonder. - Great tour of canal in action and some monkeys, too. Ricardo was great guide. Highly recommended.

Great Tour! - Amazing experience. Watching the ships pass the canal while visiting the monkeys was truly impressive.

Fun and educational - Ricardo was a fun guide, he knew a lot about the canal and explained its workings to us. Our boat captain knew where to find different kinds of monkeys and also showed us some cute bats and other interesting stuff. It’s cool to be in the canal right next to some of the big container ships.

A full and fun day! - Our guide Luis was fabulous. We saw monkeys on the lake tour, the Panama IMAX was amazing and we were able to see ships go through the locks. Luis was able to keep track of us through the many tourists with humor and knowledge! Highly recommend!

Informative and entertaining - We enjoyed all aspects of our tour. Friendly tamarins and capuchin monkeys visited our boat. Ruben was a knowledgeable guide and taught us all about the canal.

Tour of the Panama Canal - The entire experience from start to finish was amazing! Some highlights were the boat ride on Gatun Lake where we saw monkies and ships up close. The I MAX movie was excellent and very informative. Then we saw ships in the locks…..what a great way to end our tour. One last comment—our guide, Ricardo, did an outstanding job!
