• Panama Marine Adventures - The check-in location is at Flamenco Marina, situated on the final island of the Amador Causeway. It is conveniently located next to the Panama sign and behind the Duty-Free Shop. The exact timing of the tour will be confirmed the day prior. The tour commences at the Flamenco Resort and Marina. Passengers will board motor coaches for a 45-minute journey to the town of Gamboa, where the Panama Canal Dredging Division is situated. Upon arrival in Gamboa, passengers will board the Pacific Queen to begin the water segment of the tour.

• Centennial Bridge - Panama’s Centennial Bridge is a significant bridge crossing the Panama Canal. It was constructed to alleviate congestion on the Bridge of the Americas and to serve as the new route for the Pan-American Highway. Opened in 2004, it became the second permanent crossing of the canal.
• Panama Canal - The Panama Canal partial transit tour starts at the northern end of the Gaillard Cut, where the Chagres River merges into the canal. The Gaillard Cut (also known as Culebra Cut due to its snake-like curves) is a major attraction for visitors because it was carved through the Continental Divide, offering historical and geological significance.

Before reaching the Pedro Miguel Locks at the southern end of the Cut, passengers will have the opportunity to view the Centennial Bridge, which spans the Canal. Next, the Pacific Queen will enter Pedro Miguel Locks, one of the two sets of locks on the Pacific side. Passengers will then enter Miraflores Lake, a small artificial freshwater lake that separates Pedro Miguel from Miraflores Locks, the latter being the final set of locks before reaching the Pacific Ocean. Once in the Pacific Ocean, the vessel will sail to the picturesque Flamenco Marina where passengers will disembark.

• Bridge of the Americas - The Bridge of the Americas is a road bridge in Panama, spanning the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal. Designed by Sverdrup & Parcel, it was completed in 1962 at a cost of US$20 million, linking the North and South American land masses.
