Prefect tour - It was just a perfect day — a magical and unique experience. The village is
a special, authentic place with lovely, joyful people.
The lunch was delicious and plentiful.
Ruben is the best guide we could have asked for — knowledgeable, kind, professional, attentive, and with a great sense of humor.
We enjoyed every minute of the trip — from the canoe ride on the river, the nature walk to the waterfall, and the visit to the Emberá village.
A must-do tour! And if you’re going — ask for Ruben!

Loved this tour! - This tour was such a great experience and our guide Ruben made it even better! Highly recommend this tour if you're visiting panama city. It had a little bit of everything...tasty food, beautiful scenery, swimming in the waterfall, cultural, dancing, a canoe ride etc. Come prepared with rain gear, a swimsuit, water shoes and a change of clothes. There's a great photo op at the waterfall as well!

Embera/Waterfall Experience - Absolutely a wonderful experience!! Esteban and Ruben were amazing tour guides. I enjoyed everything about this experience from the Embera people to the food, village and cultural dancing. This is my bday trip and I absolutely felt like I was family!! I highly Highly recommend and if you can request please request Esteban and Ruben!! They made this experience so much better🙌🏾🙌🏾

Thrilling - We did the Panama City Embera Village and Waterfall tour. It was a great experience!
The pickup was on time and easy. The highlight for me was swimming in the waterfall — it was peaceful and refreshing.
Our guide Kareem was excellent. He was full of energy and very kind. At the waterfall, some people were scared to climb the rock. Kareem helped them and showed which parts were deep or shallow. He made sure everyone felt safe and had fun.
Lunch was tasty. There were vegetarian options. I really liked the fried plantain chips. If you like spicy food, ask for the chilli sauce — it’s really good!
Another highlight was tasting passion fruit using a pineapple slice as a spoon. It was simple and delicious — a great idea from Kareem!
After lunch, Kareem took me to a quiet spot at the top of a small hill. If you have time, do it — it’s very calm and serene.
The dancing at the village was fun. Many people enjoyed it. I would have liked to see more of their homes and how they live.
Overall, a very good tour.

Amazing Adventure - I contacted Mr. Jason online and he was so accommodating with information and payment processing. Then we met his team member Philippe who turned the tour from just visiting sites to totally amazing experience. I highly highly recommend the embera tour it was everything we imagined it to be and so much more. I must say that the embera tribe was very welcoming and willing to assist at a moments notice. I will be uploading photos soon.

An afternoon with the Puru Birkiru Tribe - This was a fascinating trip. The Puru Birkiru tribe was welcoming, warm, and entertaining. They greeted us with song, shared their history, played local instruments and did their traditional dance. They cooked a delicious meal for us and after joining them in dance we toured the village. All in all this was the highlight of the trip. Our guide Orlando was wealth of knowledge and answered all our questions thoroughly. I encourage everyone who visits Panama to make this one of their stops.

An amazing experience! 10/10 - Truly an outstanding experience. The waterfall was magical and the Puru Biakiru community that we visited were so welcoming. The food was delicious, cultural history was informative, and we got to join in on the fun through dancing. Thank you to the Puru Biakiru and to our tour guide Orlando. Until next time, bia bua.

Tour to Waterfall and Puru Birkiru Tribe. - This tour is amazing, we took the canoe about 20 mins to the Waterfalls. This experience was awesome while experiencing nature. We then visited the Puru Birkiru tribe, where we learned about their culture. We danced, had a delicious and healthy meal. The tour guides were amazing especially our guide Orlando. He took great care of us and was very attentive and informative.

The most fun Waterfall and Embera Village Tour - This was an excellent experience all around. The canoe ride was great. The indigenous people were well experienced and took great care of us. The Embera Village was a spectacular experience...the Puru Birkiru Tribe were very welcoming the food they prepared was exceptional they performed special dances and gave tattoos to those who wanted...we also had the opportunity to purchase things from their market which were crafts and jewelry they created. This is a must do tour!
