• Flight Information: If your pick-up point is the airport, please provide your flight details when booking. This allows us to monitor your flight and be aware of any delays.

• Start Time: Your start time will be scheduled based on your arrival.

• Meet Your Driver:

  • Airport Pick-Up: After passing through customs, our friendly driver will be waiting for you inside the terminal near the tourist information desk.
  • Hotel Pick-Up: Your driver will warmly welcome you in the lobby.

• Driver Identification: Look for a sign with your name, which will be held by our driver.

• Transfer Duration:

  • To Colon Cruise Terminal: Approximately 70 minutes.
  • To Panama Cruise Terminal or Flamenco Marina: Approximately 40 minutes.
  • To Shelter Bay Marina: Approximately 90 minutes.

• Traffic Advisory: Please be aware that there may be traffic between 6 am and 9 am on weekdays.

• Operating Hours: Our standard rate applies from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. For reservations outside these hours, an additional 25% fee is applicable.

If you have extra luggage (more than one suitcase and one carry-on per person) or special baggage (such as golf bags, surfboards, fishing gear, etc.), please inform us in advance. This ensures we provide the appropriate vehicle for your needs (additional fees may apply).
