Thank you. We Love the set up and location. Everyone wants to know how to get the set up. Our only concern was the upkeep of the chairs and hammock which seems to need more care in cleaning and sanitizing, some of the stains were suspect, off putting. But overall we thank you and would use again…we like booking with you and will do so again!

The company consistently does not have the rental equipment set up before the 9am time that the rental agreement states they will. This creates a problem of being late to the beach and often leads to not having a waterfront setup for the day. The chairs are in pretty poor condition as they are broken and the backs being worn to the point they won't hold an upright position as they can lean back or be upright. The cooler rental is nice as long as they provide ice daily which I had to call about because they left the bags from previous days in the cooler overnight and tried to have that be acceptable for the next day. Which is not in this heat as the ice was pretty much completely melted. I also paid for cornhole boards for the week which I didn't get the first day of my rental. I had to call to inquire about this and was told that no boards were available, they did refund my fee for that day, but the communication is terrible with this company. I had to call multiple times about issues that I shouldn't have to call about paying as much as I did for the week for a canopy, chairs, cooler, and cornhole boards.
