We were very satisfied with the Back Beach Package. Everything was well organized and set up perfectly when we arrived. The bonfire experience was beautiful and very enjoyable for our family. The service was punctual, professional, and made the whole evening stress-free. We would definitely recommend it and would book again in the future.

Josh was super friendly and helpful with our rentals. We throughly enjoyed the cabana the few days we had it. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for the last day. Will definitely rent again!

I booked this bonfire to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday while on vacation. Start time was supposed to be at 7pm however no one arrived until after 8:30. It was pitch black by the time they got there. Communication was horrible and I kept having to call (went to voicemail every time) and text asking what the status was. I’d get a very delayed response and basically they just got stuck at another fire too long. Not my problem in my opinion. And when they did show up there was ZERO urgency to get it set up. They seemed like a bunch of young kids who just didn’t care. Left the lighter in the truck, left the table cloth in the truck and each time just walked back and forth at their leisure to get it. Fire finally started at 845. The owner did apologize multiple times and refunded 50% which I appreciated but this was for my daughter and her cousins. They have bedtimes. I had decorations that went to waste because it was pitch black by the time everything was set up. PHOTOGRAPHER wasn’t able to capture any pictures of the party. Lot of time and money wasted on my part.

My bonfire was canceled by the company and I still have not received a refund that was promised.
