• Chagres River - Embark on a unique adventure in Panama, featuring an exciting mix of kayaking, hiking, and cultural experiences in the breathtaking rainforest.
  This journey starts with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation in downtown Panama City or Casco Viejo. After a 50-minute van ride, you’ll arrive at the Chagres River’s edge. A canoe will transport you to a higher point for the kayaking adventure. As you paddle along the river, the current will assist you, making this adventure suitable for those without prior kayaking experience and safe for non-swimmers.
• Chagres National Park - During the trip, enjoy a 20-minute hike through the lush rainforest, navigating through mud, sand, and slippery rocks, leading to a pristine waterfall. Swimming in this natural oasis offers a refreshing way to connect with nature! Afterwards, continue the journey down the river to an Embera tribe village. Here, enjoy a traditional lunch and have the chance to change into dry clothes in the available bathrooms before exploring their exquisite handicrafts.
  After a day filled with adventure and cultural exploration, a canoe will return you to the van, allowing you to relax and unwind as you head back to your accommodation.

  You can swim in your clothes or bring a swimsuit under your clothes, as there is no changing area at the waterfall.

• Bring an extra change of dry clothes for the trip back to your accommodation
