- Puerto Balboa - Traveling along Omar Torrijos Avenue, an area once part of the canal zone managed by the Americans, the tour will visit the railroad company that connected the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans before the Panama Canal was built. The route will also pass by Marcos A. Gelabert International Airport. Visitors will notice the American-style infrastructure and lush vegetation.
- Miraflores Visitor Center - The tour will arrive at the Miraflores Locks Visitor Center, where visitors can watch boats navigate the locks, a process taking about 30 minutes. An explanation of how boats are lifted by gravity will be provided.
