A very nice experience despite the disappointment of the quality of the food served during the trip! - A very nice excursion with a very energetic guide who speaks English and German. We started the excursion with a pick-up from the hotel at 05 in the morning (slight delay of 15 minutes) after 1h drive we stopped for the first meal of the day the breakfast which was quite full. after we headed to the lake salda a paradise not to be missed, then we made some stops that I found uninteresting since the main purpose was commercial (purchase of local products) but with prices in euros which were excessively expensive for local prices (then watch out for impulse desires to buy). the lunch and dinner were of a very poor quality certainly the buffet was varied but the quality of the food was very poor some dishes dates several days and contain mold taste! Last destination Pamukkale, a dream, guides explain in 30 minutes the history and leave you enough time to enjoy this magical place! 2.30 to swim and walk. a huge kiffe for thermal pools but less for the pool of Cleopatra which is small and very frequented which gives appearance of dirt in the water. back to the hotel at 10pm just enough time to go feed properly!

missed opportunities due to lack of information - The destination is absolutely impressive and is definitely worth the long bus ride (3 hours each way). My biggest problem with Tourmania was that my contacts (2 different Wahtsapp accounts) ignored my questions about the tour details 3 times and asked for a good review right after my unanswered message. well, there you have it! Here is the review you deserved. I didn’t know there wasn’t much to hike and I could do with very light sandals instead of hiking boots. I didn’t know if I had to carry my backpack or leave it on the bus and I had no idea there was a swimming pool to cool off in (130tl admission), which I highly recommend especially in the hot months (Jun, Jul, Aug). On the positive side, the manager (I forgot her name) was very nice and the tour was well planned. There was enough time at each stop, but not too much, so it becomes boring. All 3 meals were in the form of buffets. Not the greatest food you get in Turkey, but good enough to get full and have energy for the long day you will have.
