- Harvest cherries directly from the trees (available November through January).
- Process the harvested cherries.
- Assess and feel the beans to determine their moisture content.
- Experience the weight of our pilon stick firsthand.
- Roast your own batch of coffee to take home! Each group will have access to a machine to roast a small batch while learning about the roasting process.
- Perfect your coffee by sorting it before packaging.
Finally, enjoy a variety of coffee brewing methods.

Excellent Coffee Tour - We learned so much from Enrique. From the history to the culture, to processing our very own coffee beans. We got to taste coffee made in 3 different ways. It’s amazing the difference in flavour. Great tour. A definite must if you are visiting Boquete.

Amazing coffee tour! - Amazing experience! The farm owners are so friendly. Our guide, Alberto, was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We learned so much about growing coffee, harvesting and processing coffee beans, and actually got to roast our own beans to take home with us. Afterwards, there was a coffee tasting to show the difference in taste based upon how the coffee is prepared. What a wonderful experience and way to spend a few hours! Would highly recommend this tour!

We were very impressed... - We were very impressed with the whole tour, from the explanations of the growing process, to how to spot quality beans, to how to pick the correct beans. Roasting your own coffee and then the tasting of multiple ways of brewing coffee. Our guide Albert was kind, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. Great time all around.

Very nice tour - Great fun tour of about three where you see the whole process from coffee bean to coffee cup. And tasting is one of them. Very nice enthusiastic guy.

Favorite tour of the trip! - Omg! We’re not even coffee drinkers and we LOVED this experience! Albert was a patient wealth of information. My kids were enraptured with picking and processing the coffee. So DELIGHTED!

Great host, great experience! - We loved the tour and the coffee tasting was amazing! Our tour guide was warm and welcoming and the process of coffee harvesting and roasting was fascinating! The road up is a little harrowing but manageable!
