Great half day tour! - The Drach caves are worth visiting and if you are interested in purchasing replica pearls then you have a brief excursion to a pearl shop. The guide was friendly and the time it takes to reach the caves is approximately an hour from Palma. Would recommend the tour.

Magical and well... - Magical and well organised. We had a comfortable trip with Tony and Emilio. Tony gave good information in five languages .The caves were very large and return involved numerous steps, so not recommended for people with mobility problems. There was a lovely musical rendition at the end with a small boat ride if you were close to the edge of the lake.

Good tour, efficient service, great tour guide - Bus arrived at scheduled pick up point bang on time. We were one of the first stops which therefore meant we were on the bus for an hour before setting off properly, but the convenience of pick up from our hotel meant this was worth it. Our guide, Carmen, was friendly and informative, giving full live commentary in 5 different languages. The Caves are amazing and well worth the trip. They are popular so you are put through in large groups to facilitate the concert at the lake. I was given reserved seating due to being on crutches, which was a welcome added bonus. Quick trip to the Pearl Factory stop, which allowed for another toilet stop and snack purchase. Our driver Pablo kindly dropped us at a more convenient location for us on the way back as we're were heading elsewhere.

The excursion to Drach... - The excursion to Drach Caves was well organised on a very comfortable air conditioned coach with informative dialogue by Margaret along the way. Not much time to stop for a drink or food so be prepared.

Caves worth a visit, Lemon Tours less desirable - Would recommend the caves, very large and worth the admission fee. Plus you get a live music display at the bottom which was unexpected and very good. 4 piece orchestra on boats on the underground lake. However, the local tour company was Lemon tours. While they were generally good the tour guide left us in Palma (we were staying in Palmanova). Her instructions were to get off the bus where we were picked up. We were not taken back to either our pick up point or our hotel. The bus driver did not speak much English and by the time we realised and questioned it we were two towns further on and all the driver could do was shrug. Turns out we should have exited at a different hotel, but definitely not where we were picked up. So beware if not travelling from the start point in Palma. We ended up having to take a public bus back to our hotel. Even if we had exited at the right place, we wouldn’t have been close to our hotel and would have had to find our own way back.

Busy - Good to see the caves. Very busy so shuffling along. Would have liked a bit more time in Porto Christo - perhaps a coffee stop. When I booked the trip pick up was from my hotel. This was changed so I had to get a taxi to the pick up point. The whole point of booking with Viator was local pick up.
