Kathleen was so great and amazing!! It was such a fun experience!! The only thing I would recommend is not going to/partnering with restaurants that have a C rating. We were all nervous that we were going to get sick from it. Thank goodness no one did!
I planned this activity for my best friend's bachelorette party and all of the girls loved it. It was a fun way to see downtown Palm Springs and all of the places we stopped to eat and drink were good too. Loved our driver and how she documented the experience for us.
Would have liked to do some pedaling, maybe a better sound system. We did have a good time
Jen and Alfred were great tour hosts! We chartered a private group tour for a business event, and our clients were very happy with the experience. It was a great mix of touring Palm Springs with stopping for light appetizers and drinks. I highly recommend Sunny Cycle.
Jen was amazing, but the restaurants we stopped at took too long to serve drinks appetizers and get checks, therefore we did not spend enough time on trolley and also did not serve enough food for everyone to get a decent size appetizer.
We had the most awesome experience with Sunny Cycle on our Mother-Daughter 26th annual get-away weekend!! We had a group of 16 women ranging in age from 84 to 21 riding through the streets of Palm Springs with the music blasting and we were dancing, waving our arms and having so much fun. Kathleen and Sam were our driver and hostess and arranged stops at a couple of P.S. hot spots (Lulu's and Trio) for hors de oeuvres and drinks and they were awesome! They even showed us some historical locations and homes of some stars, both past and present. Book this if you can! Super fun!!
Overall great experience. A little bit of a break down in communication between the driver and Jen who was communicating with me. The timeline the driver was on felt a bit rushed compared to what I was told over the phone. Would have liked to have been asked ahead of time whether I wanted to maximize bike time or bar time. I would suggest either having the driver communicate directly with the client about the timeline and pick up time, or make sure Jen is in closer communication with the driver and that everything matches up with what the client is expecting. A Trio staff member was very rude to us when we arrived--mainly to our host. This does not reflect poorly on sunny cycle but on Trio. However, there wasn't hardly enough room for us to sit. I wouldn't go back to Trio again after that experience. I do think the policy that you go Rain or Shine is a bit unreasonable and would rethink that in terms of costumer satisfaction, however, thankfully the weather for our ride turned out fine. I was fun and I would do it again!
