Palm Springs snow day on San Jacinto - Take many layers of clothes. Backpack was very useful. Wear hiking boots. Plan time for a meal and cocktails at Peaks restaurant

Winter visit - The ride was nice, but it was cold and windy. Trails were icy and snowy, yet there were still long waits to go up and come down. Can't imagine how long it would be in nice weather. Plan for the delays.

A must-do if you're visiting Palm Springs - I went on a foggy, cloudy January day and it was still pretty good. View was okay at the top but low clouds blocked the view oi the valley floor below. Would have been better on a clear sunny day, but that's Mother Nature.

missed seeing the video - My only complaint is that the video of how the tram was built and its history wasn't running. There was no one to help on level 3

Don’t buy vouchers online. If you really want to go, show up and see what the wait time is. - Zero honest communication. Bought “vouchers” online then had to wait in huge line to get “tickets”. 90 min wait time. No potential wait times advertised online - nothing indicating that if you buy vouchers you will still need to wait in huge lines for tickets and boarding. Not enough seating for all of the people waiting. No signs or communication of the process just standing in lines hoping it’s the right one. If we would have known there was ZERO advantage of buying ahead of time online we could have changed our minds at the parking area. Just another scam to take advantage of tourists.

ticket , voucher , actual ticket its required - i didnt know that buying ticket from you guys are not exactly a ticket it is a voucher with no time frame on it. we went there and wait from 12 until 3:30 to get into tramway. we got exhausted. its better to not cell the voucher, and cell the exact ticket. it wasnt a good experience at all.

Not worth the savings - This is just a voucher to get a ticket. There is no way to pick a time for the tram so you can arrive and after waiting 50 minutes in line, only be able to get a ticket that’s 3 hours away. And there’s no way to change the date when buying this way. Not worth the savings.
