Really successful evening - Sicilian wine tasting done well, without too many frills but with a lot of substance: interesting wines, some really surprising, and a nice pace that made everything pleasant from start to finish. Valentina Crescimanni was very good: prepared, clear in explanations and never heavy. You can see that she has passion for what she does and manages to transmit it without being “set”. Overall, an experience I really enjoyed and would gladly do again.
