Exceeds all expectations! - This tour exceeded all expectations! Chiara is brilliant as your guide. She is knowledgeable of Italian and Sicily history, customs and architecture. She is passionate about her city of Palermo. Shared observations and directions through earphones was a plus. Several recommendations for activities, events and sites to visit. Open to all questions. And Chiara is a delightful and funny person. Lovely experience.

A top bike ride! - I recommend this bike ride first of all. Chiara was born and raised in Palermo. She has a great passion for her hometown and knows how to convey that (in clearly understandable English) to the group. Our group consisted of about 12 people. Thanks to the earpieces you get, you won't miss any info.

Excellent tour, very safe, lots of stops to explain history - better than hop on hop off - Great tour with awesome knowledgeable guide who actually owns the business. We used e-bikes but the route really doesn't require pedal assistance. Very safe, we never felt uncomfortable. Most of the route is in traffic calmed areas. Well worth the money.

Best bicycle tour of Palermo - We had a fantastic time. Chiara was very friendly and made the tour super interesting, visiting some of the most important places in Palermo. The tour was extremely well organised and the audio equipment was great so we could easily hear Chiara’s excellent commentary. We highly recommend this tour. Thank you Chiara and Daniele.

Nice way to experience Palermo - Guide Chiara will guide you around the city with her many stories. She was born and raised in Palermo and she knows how to convey her passion for the city well. The bikes are not electric, but that is not necessary. Palermo is a big city, so I definitely recommend this bike ride, because on foot it doesn't seem to me to do it (or only a limited part) The street food wasn't really my thing, but that's because I don't like to eat fried. The canaloni were super tasty. Thanks to the tip from Chiara, we watched the spectacle of fountains in the evening at the Yachting Marina Polermo.

perfect - Cycling through Palermo with Chiara was absolutely unforgettable! 🚴‍♀️ She is not only a knowledgeable and passionate guide, but also an architect who helps you see the city with completely new eyes. Her stories, insights, and warm personality made the ride both fun and meaningful. The experience is also perfect for families: with children it feels authentic and easy, because Chiara is so friendly, caring, and fun to be around. From hidden corners to iconic landmarks, every stop was filled with history, culture, and local life. It truly felt like discovering Palermo with a friend who loves her city. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an authentic, exciting, and welcoming experience! 🌟

Phenomenal - The tour with Chiara in Palermo was a truly unforgettable experience! The city is already beautiful in itself, but discovering it with Chiara was like seeing it with new eyes: a passionate, prepared and super engaging guide, able to turn every corner into a fascinating story. The tour was fun, dynamic and full of surprises. We laughed, learned a lot and experienced the city in an authentic way, away from the usual tourist routes. Chiara has an infectious energy and a love for Palermo that conquers you from the first moment. Highly recommended to those who want to experience Palermo with the heart and with a smile!

Interesting and frightening - This is a decent tour with of some high points including the Cathedral and it had knowledgeable guides but in my opinion Palermo is just way too busy/congested for a good bike tour. I’ve done many many bike tours and very much enjoy them but Sicilians are very aggressive drivers and we had a big group so it was challenging and not relaxing. The numerous pedestrians narrow thoroughfares and local traffic resulted in a couple of accidents within our group. One which resulted in an injury where the biker couldn’t continue. You’re really not getting any excercise so I think it would simply be safer just to sightsee by foot. Again the guides and Bikes were fine just logistically not so much.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Would 1000% NOT recommend. First of all Palermo is definitely not the city to do a bike tour in with your family. The city is absolutely insane! Especially during the summer months. The trip is advertised as a trip for all ages. It asks for the height for each guest which was provided to the company not once, but twice. Never did it state that kids under certain heights would be required to ride with an adult in a child carrier. A child( baby) seat when they are 8 and 5 years old. When arriving the staff was unprepared for our group of 9. 7 adults and 2 children. The bikes were not prepared, nor were the children/ adult bikes prepared that we were uninformed about. Grant you, there are several other people on this tour, not just our family. When the instructor thought it was time to start the tour, several minutes off schedule, mind you, so she was very stressed, our family behind was still being prepared for our bikes by her staff. With the children seats, we did not have enough " adult manpower" to push an 8 and a very large 5 year old up hill in a child seat. Therefore, the bike flipped over from the get go with the 5 year old in it as we were rushing to catch up with the group. The group carried on, while we stayed behind to fix their mess. Ultimately we decided not to carry on with the tour due to the safety of the kids and how put out we were at this time. When asked for the tour guide to refund us our money, or give us a partial refund, they denied this and said we would have to take it up with TripAdvisor. Out of pocket almost $500 I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMANY AND THIS TOUR.
