A must do experience in Palermo - A refined yet relaxed Sicilian dinner on the 7th floor, with stunning panoramic views over Palermo.

Authentic food and genuine hospitality. - Fulvio is an amazing chef and an even better host. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed into his home. The local, seasonal food was outstanding, and it was a privilege to experience Palermo’s culinary culture through someone who is clearly a local institution. A fantastic and memorable way to end our Sicily trip.

A home away from home @ Fuvio’s! - OMG such amazing hospitality and warmth, not to mention the delicious vegetarian fare (cooked on special request) - all thanks to Fuvio. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. And also as if we have a local friend at Palermo. Very cool experience- please go meet him and eat with him!!

A night over all expectations. - Fantastic experience where you feel at home after a few minutes. Nice Sicilian food and wine served with many good and entertaining stories. The host share joyful information about both cooking and Palermo's history. It was an experience far above our expectations. Can definitely be recommended

Lovely evening - An interesting and very enjoyable evening tonight. Fulvio cooked a meal for us in his home, an apartment overlooking the City. Wonderful local Sicilian food and great chat, even turned out his wife is from Manchester!

Wonderful dinner, wonderful host! - We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Fulvio. The 4 course Sicilian meal was delicious. It was a delight to just relax and have an interesting conversation on a variety of topics, particularly music, which is a passion of Fulvio along with his cooking. As an added treat, the views of Palermo from his apartment balcony are spectacular.

Great evening out - It was really lovely we were very well looked after great food and music. We met the lovely ladies who helped to prepare some of the food. Great evening and great chef. It would be helpful for the chef if when booking to let him know if someone is vegetarian or doesn't eat fish. Would highly recommend 👌

Great Sicilian dinner with wonderful tastes, local insights and lots of fun - We loved everything with Fulvio, the food, the company, the stories, the ambience. Best caponata, fish, tiramisu and Marsala wine I had in Sicily. We had lots of fun and it's a night me and my mom will never forget :). Fulvio puts his whole heart in making you happy and we were certainly as happy as it gets 😊💛
