- Isola di Spargi - Visit one of the stunning bays on the island of Spargi, the first stop in the Maddalena Archipelago. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters, and swim to the fantastic white beaches of this beautiful island. The journey takes about one hour.
- Spiaggia Rosa - Capture photos in front of one of the world’s most beautiful and protected beaches: the renowned Pink Beach, a spectacular natural phenomenon. Spiaggia Rosa is part of the Maddalena Geomarine National Park, an area of immense natural significance. Due to special protection, walking on the beach or swimming along its shore is not permitted. Located just north of Spargi, the island is famous for the legendary Pink Beach. The coral-colored sand, vibrant sea colors, and granite formations create a unique global spectacle. A natural monument to be admired in reverent silence.
The pink beach of Budelli, immortalized by director Michelangelo Antonioni in a lengthy sequence in the film “Deserto rosso,” is situated southeast of Budelli Island in the La Maddalena Archipelago, known for its distinctive coral pink hue.
-
Parco Nazionale dell’Arcipelago di La Maddalena - Razzoli and Santa Maria
These islands are nearly connected by the Passo degli Asinelli. Razzoli Island, the most exposed to the north, captivates with its majestic cliffs and rock formations reminiscent of Moore’s sculptures. The island boasts a beautiful beach, Cala S.Maria, one of the largest in the Archipelago.
The Port Madonna:
This lagoon, with its emerald sea, is nestled between the islands of Budelli, Razzoli, and S.Maria. It is undoubtedly the most enchanting spot in the Park. A favored destination for yachtsmen exploring the northeastern Sardinian sea. In this remarkable body of water, the Park has designated large areas for snorkeling and seawatching activities.
- Cala Santa Maria - Pause at Cala Santa Maria beach, a long stretch with turquoise waters, or explore the coves on its west coast, featuring wonderful natural pools with a turquoise hue leaning towards white, sheltered from the east.
- Caprera - Alternatively, at the skipper’s discretion and depending on weather conditions, sail to the island of Caprera:
Cala Coticcio
Also known as “Tahiti” for its water’s color, it is one of the most iconic bays in the entire archipelago, nestled between granite walls and Mediterranean vegetation.
Cala Portese
Spacious and inviting, it offers shallow, sandy seabeds perfect for snorkeling and those seeking a relaxing swim.
Porto Palma
A roadstead sheltered from the wind, often used for overnight stops by sailboats. Tranquility, nature, and turquoise waters make it ideal for a refreshing dip.
Punta Fico
A wild and lesser-known bay, surrounded by cliffs and vegetation, for those seeking an authentic and untouched corner of Sardinia.
