Great hassle free transfer - Excellent transfer from airport to hotel on Koh Lanta. The driver was waiting for us at the airport. Lovely spacious and comfortable car. Great communication.

Great experience - We booked the transfer the night before travelling, our driver was there with our name card as soon as we arrived at Krabi airport. The car was lovely, air conditioned and the driver was great. Would recommend for a smooth journey from Krabi to Koh Lanta.

Stressful experience a very late pickup - We arrived at Krabi Airport on time and got through arrivals very quickly. There must have been at least 30 or more private taxis waiting to pickup pre-booked arriving passengers and many many more taxis waiting speculatively for business. There was no indication what so ever as to which was our private taxi. Eventually, all the available Taxis with all of the passengers off our flight had left the airport and our pre-booked Taxis was still no where to be seen. Luckily a Taxi Rank operator at the airport who we had approached for help recognised the name of our booked operator on our ticket and phoned the company for us in our behalf. After 45 minutes a private taxi arrived looked at our ticket, phoned back to his office several times and finally agreed to take us to our pre-booked destination in Koh Lanta. Talk about stressful, haven't a clue to this day whether it was the Taxi Operator that Viator had booked us with.

Would not book - LATE and scammy - We used WhatsApp to confirm our ride with the tour operator the day before with no response. When we landed, we could not find our ride or a sign - after searching around we called the tour operator. They said they would call us back. They WhatsApped me asked for our location, and 10 minutes later someone came with a sign with my name (it seems like they had forgotten, called someone, and then found us) - we then had to wait longer for a car to come (it seemed like they found a taxi driver that moment) and wait again in the parking garage. The taxi driver was very nice, but the whole experience was disorganized and felt scammy. We departed the airport 45-50 minutes AFTER our scheduled pickup time which felt unacceptable to have a wait that long when I had tried to text them to confirm the day before to prevent this.
