What a cool place to visit! - Johnny was great! He got us to a lot of great places and was very helpful and informative. We really enjoyed spending the day with him!

Absolutely terrible private tour of the DMZ... DO NOT DO THIS! - We were extremely unhappy with the handling of our small group. No one spoke enough english to communicate what was happening, we were in a foreign country, told we bought a "cheap tour" by another Viator tour director, put in a car with no idea where we were being taken; it was a nightmare. We finally, through Google translate, were able to communicate with the cabbie our distress, who told us he was only the car driver, not the guide... and here we are being driven to the DMZ with no idea if a guide would meet us. The original guy who told us we had a cheap tour said he would see us there, and we never saw him again. We had to pay admission to get into the bunker to see a propanganda film about the DMA, but hustled out before we could see it. We did not have time for pictures at the Peace Bell, again hustled onto a bus with all Korean language people, very little information given to us in English. It was an awful day, we were unsure of who was taking us back, the whole thing was a mess. We want a full refund; it was a disaster.
