- Campo Petrichor - Your guide, Mick, who owns the vineyard and regenerative garden Campo Petrichor, will pick you up around 9:00 a.m. at the Paine train station and return you there at approximately 3:00 p.m. Mick, the owner, will share his expertise in regenerative and market gardening, as well as winemaking techniques. You’ll learn to taste wine like a true sommelier. Mick is a certified second-level sommelier and winemaker. He will offer you glasses of his boutique Cabernet Sauvignon, with a production of no more than 1,000 bottles, from various locations in his vineyard and different vinification styles. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with harvesting, planting, and seeding techniques using regenerative and market garden tools. Additionally, you’ll meet Campo Petrichor’s farm animals, such as Pepa the Pig and their chickens. At 12:00 p.m., you’ll enjoy a lunch featuring vegetables harvested from the farm.
- Antiyal - After lunch at Campo Petrichor, you’ll head to the Antiyal vineyard, a 15-minute drive away. Antiyal is a legendary vineyard, certified organic and biodynamic, and was the first family boutique vineyard in Chile. Mick, your sommelier guide, will provide a detailed tour, explaining viticulture and the vinification process. You’ll also enjoy a special tasting of their world-renowned wines, such as Kuyen and Antiyal. Experience a sommelier tasting in the vineyard, where a special device will be connected to the grapevine to produce music from the plant as you taste. Another tasting will take place on the roof of their wine cellar, offering a stunning view of the southern tip of the Maipo Valley.

Gain detailed knowledge about agro-ecological and market farming, including the use of specific, unique tools for harvesting, planting, and seeding. On the farm, you’ll encounter various animals, such as different types of chickens and Pepa the pig. Lunch will be provided, featuring vegetables you harvest yourself. Following this, you’ll visit one of Chile’s most renowned family-owned vineyards, Antiyal, which is certified organic and biodynamic. A certified sommelier will give you a tour and wine tastings.
