A dream come true. - It was a unique experience, surreal landscapes, and an exceptional guide. Highly recommended. Important: no backpacks or video cameras are allowed, only cell phones, regular cameras, and water. It is prohibited to take videos. It is important to go down some extremely steep stairs!!!♥️

Absolutely beautiful canyon. - This tour was with Ken's Tours and it was a trip of a lifetime. Our Navajo guide, Makela, was very knowledgeable of the canyon and answered all of our questions no matter or big or small. She took her time with us, helped us along the way and was very cordial when asked if she could take pictures of us which came out amazing. I would highly recommend this tour, you won't be disappointed.

The Ladies take on Arizona ! - Lower Antelope Canyon ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Positives • Great overall experience • Outstanding tour guide (Auron Clark) — funny, took amazing photos, deserves recognition/raise • Would rate tour guide 10/12 • Length of visit: it was good not to long or short • Crowd size: good amount of people in the group maybe have one guide in the front and back possibly • Best for: smoothness of the rock, taking those phenomenal pictures, our tour guide with his jokes and experiencing the canyon. Constructive Feedback • The stairs going down felt steep/scary • Recommend allowing or suggesting fanny packs for guests • Bathrooms need upgrading — real sinks for hand washing rather than current setup • Specify the time zone and break it down a little bit more cause it was kinda confusing • Admission fee should be reduced given the lacking restroom facilities — the current price doesn’t match the basic amenities provided • Gift shop needs expansion — more locally made products from the Navajo Nation and surrounding reservations (art, crafts, jewelry, cultural items, etc.) would enrich the experience and better support the local community Standout Staff: Auron Clark is a highlight worth calling out to management — give this man a raise!

Broken down vehicle - We were on our way to our tour at Antelope Canyon our car broke down in the middle of the desert with two flat tires we waited 6 hours for Avis to come with a tow truck and another vehicle I was in constant contact with joy fun tours to let them know the status of our arrival and that we weren't going to make it and asked if we could book the following day they said no and charged us anyway so needless to say we did not go on our tour and we were charged full price even though I was in constant contact and can prove he had a broken down vehicle.
