Meet at the bottom of the Antelope Point launch ramp (not to be confused with the marina) for mandatory orientation 30 minutes ahead of event start time, required by National Park Service and TripAdvisor.

We really enjoyed... - We really enjoyed ourselves. Jayce, our guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and geology. The lake was calm so the kayaking wasn’t too challenging and the canyon was gorgeous!

Great kayak day - Was fabulous. Had a great time. Owner and staff are very friendly and professional. The hike is easy. Take hat,watering sunscreen, any shoe wear will do, I felt watershoes are the most suitable.

Fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our family trip of the Southwest. - Be prepared for a geographically enlightening experience with amazing views of Lake Powell and vertical canyon walls from the seat of a kayak and a spectacular immersed stroll through Antelope Slot Canyon. Motorized water craft on the lake can make the return kayak trip a little challenging for kids and inexperienced paddlers due to rolling waves, etc.

Terrible communication - I was really looking forward to this kayaking tour, but the company changed the time to one hour earlier without much notice. They sent an email at 6:00 am when we were supposed to be there by 8:30 to let us know that they would be leaving at 8:00 which meant I would have had to be there by 7:30. They made no attempt to contact me via text. We had planned our day (and travel) around this excursion, only to be left scrambling for alternatives once we arrived. There was no proactive communication, no effort to help us rebook, and very little accountability. We had even sent a text to Sean the afternoon before with a question about directions and he never responded. If they were going to change the time of the excursion they should have contacted us the day before, not 1.5 hours before and via text not email. Really who checks email at 6:00 am? The lack of professionalism and notice made this experience incredibly frustrating. When you're visiting from out of town and on a schedule, this poor coordination is unacceptable. I really expected more from Trip Advisor and the companies they deal with.

Non-existent guide - Our guide, if we can call him that, has always kept a distance from us, and has hardly spoken to us. During the walk in the canyon, she didn't even accompany us. We had chosen a guide to have explanations, we finally had a potiche or a flowerpot...

Sad - Cancelled trip 2hrs after it was supposed to start. The other tour guides said thst he’s known to cancel trips last minute or show up late. I’m not even sure if I’ve received a refund

Disappointing Cancellation of Our Highly Anticipated Tour - We had been looking forward to the Kayak Antelope Canyon & Hike at Lake Powell for months—our entire Arizona trip was planned around it. We booked and paid well in advance, only to receive a text the night before notifying us of a time change. We were flexible and willing to adjust, but shortly after, our reservation was completely canceled, despite us expressing that we were ready to push through any discomfort to make it happen. While we did receive a prompt refund, the last-minute cancellation was incredibly disappointing—especially for travelers driving from Phoenix or making any significant commute. If you’re planning a trip with this activity as a highlight, I would suggest exploring more reliable options.
