PaddleFit Yoga Class
Enjoy a made-for-summer workout with a certified PaddleCore teacher. Stretch, strengthen, and build stamina throughout the body using proper stroke technique, endurance paddles, and fitness exercises.
What You Will Do
- Discover the work-out potential of stand-up paddle boarding, an amazing exercise for every part of your body
- Join a friendly instructor for a well-balanced workout to stretch, strengthen, and build your stamina
- Learn proper stroke technique, endurance paddling, and fitness exercises on the paddleboard

If a class in canceled because of weather, we will notify you at least 90 minutes before the start of class either via text message or email. Cancellations due to weather would only be for high winds, pouring rains, or lightening/thunderstorms. You will have the option to refund your class payment or keep class credit to be used at your next availability.
