What You Will Do

  • Get stoked with 90 minutes of stand-up paddle boarding yoga in a gorgeous spot
  • Meet on the beach for an overview of paddle boarding basics: Learn how to kneel, stand, paddle, and more
  • Paddle out before anchoring your board and moving through a sequence designed to warm and strengthen the body
  • End the class with some restorative relaxation on your board with the bright sun warming you up

Additional Information

  • All participants must have swimming ability. Arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to park and make your way to the beach. Wear clothes you can get wet. Avoid cotton or anything excessively baggy. Wear sunscreen and a hat. You may also wish to bring a towel and water bottle. Please leave all valuables, including wallet and cameras, in your car.
