Experience the cultivation, harvest, and production through an engaging exhibition. This farm boasts one of only two beachfront drying beds globally, imparting a unique seaside flavor to the coffee beans. After exploring the picturesque farm and learning about the bean process, enjoy some exceptional coffee. Take a moment to unwind in the traditional local hammocks and wander through the fruit-laden garden. You might spot hummingbirds and often hear or even see howler monkeys.

• Pacoche - After building up a healthy appetite, relax in the traditional restaurant nestled among the jungle canopy. Observe the preparation of meals in the traditional way, with fresh seafood and plantain dishes being specialties. This cooking style infuses intense woodsmoke flavors combined with ancestral knowledge of herbs and spices. Choose from a wide selection of local countryside or seafood dishes. While waiting for your meal, take a stroll through the shaded garden paths. The owners have planted numerous beautiful flowers, attracting hummingbirds.
• Montecristi - Next, journey to Montecristi, the birthplace of the famous Panama Hats. Nestled at the base of the Landmark Mountain, this town has been crafting these hats for generations. In the quaint town center, your guide will introduce you to the Panama hat makers’ workshops and stores, along with a vast array of local artisan goods. You can also admire some of the last examples of traditional wooden architecture in the central plaza near the cathedral.
• Manta - After departing Montecristi, head to the newly established chocolate factory and coffee shop of a renowned local chocolatier. Discover the intriguing history and varieties of Cacao through an interactive exhibition that guides you from tree to table. Sample delicious local products freshly made, not only from the cacao bean but also from the sweet and succulent white pulp inside the Cacao pod. The husband and wife chocolatiers, Jonathan and Angelica, have created a true gem. They transformed a 40-foot refrigerated shipping container into an impressive production line with top-notch equipment, expertly installed and operated. The highlight is the glass-fitted end of the container, around which the coffee/chocolate shop is built, allowing you to watch the chocolatiers at work while enjoying their creations. Needless to say, the chocolate is exquisite.
